2. Products and Orders

All products listed are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment can be made via Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
Refunds will be initiated after inspection and will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

7. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect misuse or violation of terms.
