We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unwashed
In its original packaging
With all original tags attached
In resalable condition

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear or is damaged due to misuse.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please:

Email us at service@signaturestyleindia.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup (if eligible) or guide you on how to return the item.

4. Exchange Policy

We allow free size or style exchanges for eligible products within the 7-day return window. Please ensure the replacement item is available in stock.

To request an exchange, email us with your order details and the desired size or style.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be:

Approved if it meets return conditions
Processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay)
Credited within 5–7 working days

If your return is rejected (due to wear, damage, or missing tags), we will notify you via email.

6. Return Shipping Charges

Free pickup for defective, wrong, or damaged items.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), we may deduct a nominal shipping fee unless otherwise stated during promotions.
